By purchasing or using Sniff.ac ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sniff.ac is a FiveM anti-cheat protection system that provides server-side and client-side protection against cheaters and exploiters. The Service includes real-time cheat detection, automatic ban enforcement, Discord notifications, and related features.
3. Permitted Use
You may only use Sniff.ac for its intended purpose: protecting FiveM game servers from cheating and exploitation. You agree to:
- Use the Service only on servers you own or have explicit permission to administrate.
- Comply with FiveM's terms of service and community guidelines.
- Keep your license key confidential and not share it with unauthorized parties.
- Use one license per server unless otherwise specified in your plan.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your license without refund:
- Reverse engineering — Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to reverse engineer any part of the Service.
- Bypass assistance — Helping players evade, bypass, or circumvent Sniff.ac or any other anti-cheat system.
- Ban evasion support — Using the Service to facilitate or assist with ban evasion.
- Redistribution — Selling, sublicensing, renting, or otherwise distributing the Service or any part of it.
- Modification — Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works of the Service.
- Cheating tools — Using Sniff.ac alongside or to develop cheat menus, executors, mod menus, or similar tools.
- False ban reports — Intentionally triggering false bans against legitimate players.
5. License & Subscription
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sniff.ac for the duration of your subscription period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Lifetime licenses are valid indefinitely subject to these Terms.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate these Terms. In cases of termination due to violations, no refund will be issued.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sniff.ac is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or false positives resulting from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via Discord.
