- Payment information — Billing details are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
- Usage data — Logs of detected cheat attempts, ban events, and system events for security purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain the anti-cheat service.
- Authenticate users and manage licenses.
- Enforce bans and prevent cheating across protected servers.
- Send service notifications and updates via Discord.
- Improve detection accuracy and system performance.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — Stripe for payment processing; Discord for authentication.
- Legal requirements — If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- Shared ban database — Player identifiers flagged for cheating may be shared across servers using Sniff.ac for global ban enforcement.
4. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. Ban records and player identifiers are retained indefinitely to prevent repeat offenders. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us on Discord.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed identifiers, and restricted database access. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use session cookies solely for authentication purposes. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our Discord server. Note that ban records tied to cheating violations may not be removed.
