Our commitment: If Sniff.ac does not work as described on your server, you are entitled to a full refund. We stand behind our product.
1. Eligible Refunds
A refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Product does not work — Sniff.ac fails to function as described (e.g., detection systems are non-operational, dashboard is inaccessible, or critical features are broken) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate purchase — You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a billing error.
- Service unavailability — Extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) caused by our infrastructure failure.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind or no longer need the service.
- Your FiveM server was shut down, banned, or you stopped hosting.
- You did not use the service during the subscription period.
- Your access was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., ban evasion assistance, reverse engineering, bypassing).
- You are unsatisfied with the number of detections or bans on your server (this depends on your player base).
- Incompatibility with third-party scripts or resources outside of our control.
- The subscription period has already expired.
3. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be considered unless caused by a billing error on our part.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our Discord server and provide:
- Your Discord username and the email associated with your purchase.
- Your order or transaction ID.
- A description of the issue and any steps you have already tried.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If eligible, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account and license. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
